WELCOME

Prince of Wales Lodge No. 100 (POW 100), a Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon, in Canada, is the only Masonic Lodge in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia that uses the Emulation ritual as currently practised by the Emulation Lodge of Improvement for Master Masons, in London, England.

On July 6, 1922, the Grand Master issued a dispensation for a new Lodge in the city of Vancouver, which took the title of the eldest son of the ruling monarch and became Prince of Wales Lodge No. 100. It was instituted on the same day by the District Deputy Grand Master for District 13, and at New Westminster on June 21, 1932 Grand Lodge ordered the charter be granted. On July 29, 1923 it was constituted by M.W. Brother W.C. Ditmars, acting for the Grand Master. This Lodge adopted the Emulation work for its ritual.

The Worshipful Master and members of Prince of Wales Lodge No. 100 are always pleased to welcome visiting Brethren from recognized Lodges of Freemasons throughout the world, but request that they follow correct Masonic Protocol by making initial contact through the office of their own Grand Secretary.
